Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the course or trip start date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are non-refundable, but you may reschedule to another available date.

If Explore71 Cancels

If we cancel or postpone an activity due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you may choose between a full refund or free rescheduling.

No-Show Policy

  • No-shows on the course start date are non-refundable.

Digital Materials

  • eLearning access and digital training materials are non-refundable once issued.
